Get your 2021 resolutions sorted.

Like every year, everybody starts off with the best intentions of seizing the morning and getting their lives sorted. New Year's resolutions are the eternal enigma that we use to change our lives overnight.

By about St. Patrick's Day, the motivation has waned and by Easter we are generally back to our awful health and wealth habits. Drink more, save less, forget to invest and suddenly you are 67 and have no money in super. Centrelink pays you more than the total returns of your accumulated wealth. Nobody wants that.

So forget your resolutions and make a start in finances for retirement. It really is simple, but never easy.
